# Chris x Ivy

Same gym. Different workout. Same grind.

Chris & Ivy — the Philly fitness duo for couples who train together. His-and-hers follow-along workouts for real life.

## About

Most "fit couple" content is fake — perfectly synced, perfectly staged. We're the opposite. Chris trains his way, Ivy trains hers. We just show up together.
We're Chris & Ivy, a Philly fitness duo making follow-along workouts for real life: timed sessions, bodyweight and simple-equipment options, zero intimidation. We believe movement is medicine — it heals, it grounds, it brings people together.
Chris lives by one rule: strength comes from the heart. That's what we coach, and that's what we train.
We train out of our private studio in Germantown, Philadelphia, where every session is personal. No crowds, no chaos — just real work, real progress, real results.
Follow the contrast. Steal the motivation.

## FAQ

### Do you train together or separately?

Together at the gym — different workouts. That's the whole thing: his vs hers, same grind.

### Are your workouts follow-along?

Yes. Timed, real-time, bodyweight or simple equipment. Press play and train with us.

### Where do you post?

Instagram @ivyxchris for reels and clips; full follow-along videos on YouTube (channel coming soon).

### What makes Chris x Ivy different?

Real couples don't train in sync. We train the way you actually train — side by side, different programs, showing up together.

### How can a brand work with you?

DM @ivyxchris. Reel features, carousel integrations, and "My Faves" placements — we only feature gear we genuinely use.
